Capital Hope Media will email you a list of questions. This list of questions will help gather information about your church's current equipment, and other technical needs. You will want to spend about an hour in your church's office and tech booth answering these questions.

Is there someone at your church who could disconnect, then reconnect your audio mixer? If you have a volunteer who can do that (with a little help), your church can handle these upgrades on your own.
The other question you should ask is, “do you want to upgrade the speakers in your sanctuary?” If so, you need to bring in a consultant. If your existing speakers are not part of your problem, then this offer is a good fit for your church. -
