We install live streaming equipment.

We guide churches in connecting their ministry to their local community. You know the cameras and the audio mixer aren’t the point…but they are necessary.

We specialize in helping churches install A/V systems that support your connections to the neighborhood around you.

Your A/V Tech should connect your church to your nieghbors.

we can help with that.

Connecting To Your Community

You are overwhelmed with the hundreds of details it takes to do online ministry well. We have a comprehensive process to help your church thrive.

We build community

It’s not enough to stream your service online…somewhere. It’s not enough to have viewers. Your church wants to build community.

We train volunteers & STAFF

That includes your tech team, but also online hosts, and your public communications or social media teams. It can even include your in-person Welcome Team.

We build online platforms

Our use of online tools has to focus on building community. Can people who are part of our churches participate? Can people who haven’t met your church yet participate? How can we serve their needs?

We CLARIFY YOUR IDENTITY

It’s important that your church understands how to reach your local community. Who are you, and what makes you distinct from the church across the street?

We clarify your church communications

In some ways, online communication is just the new phone book. In other ways, it is an arena for ministering to your local community. We teach your church to do this well.

We install a/V/Network Equipment

And finally, yes, we install the equipment for you. We also configure software & online tools to help your church build community.

Our Process

  • Let’s begin with a zoom call! We can discuss what you’re trying to accomplish, and we can share potential ways to solve those problems.

  • We’ll conduct a site survey and inspect what solutions you already have. After this, we’ll give you a thorough proposal, along with explanations for the solutions we suggest.

We also offer suggestions about how to sequence installations, to accomodate church budgeting processes.

  • Installing A/V gear and a local area network isn’t your church’s actual goals. Discipleship, Ministry, and Community are your actual goals.

We help your leadership make the strategic decisions that turn your online presence into an effective part of your church. Bonus? These conversations improve many of the existing ministries in your church, as well.

  • We install equipment, and supervise any sub-contractors who may be needed.

Not only do we install hardware, we configure software platforms and online services for your community.

  • Perhaps the most important step, we spend weeks with your volunteers and staff. Not only do we help them learn to use equipment and software, we help you leverage it for building community.

Do you hope for more than simply streaming online? We do, too. Your goals are bigger than that.

OUR CLIENTS

Rev. Matt Hambrick, Trinity North Park, San Diego

“When the pandemic hit, we didn't know what we didn’t know what we were going to do, but Capital Hope Media stepped in and did an amazing job, taking over 100% of our worship production needs, and allowed me to focus on being a pastor to people living in a global crisis.

Rev. Jessica Strysko , Anaheim UMC

Capital Hope Media did an excellent job helping our church envision, plan for, and install our livestream ministry equipment at Anaheim UMC.

Stephen and his colleagues are very professional and provide the training and insight needed to launch and improve this form of outreach. Stephen has been incredibly responsive when we've had questions, and flexible when timetables changed etc.

I would highly recommend Capital Hope Media.

we make your content

Churches create a lot of content (if you haven’t noticed). Churches also need some custom content made by storytellers. Here’s an example of the content we have made for churches. You can see more in a gallery here.
